KUSE Return Policy
At KUSE, we stand by the quality of our jewellery. If you’re unsatisfied, our return window ensures swift resolutions. Here’s how it works:
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 3 hours of delivery confirmation.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Custom or engraved pieces are final sale (non-returnable).
How to Initiate a Return
- Email Us: Contact returns@kusekrystal.com within 3 hours of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: We’ll respond with a prepaid return label (if eligible) within 30 minutes.
- Ship Back: Securely package the item and drop it off at the carrier immediately.
Note: Late requests will not be honored.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Original payment method will be credited.
- Exchanges: Available for size adjustments (subject to stock availability). Email us for expedited handling.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-designed jewellery.
- Items marked "Final Sale" during promotions.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 1 hour of delivery at support@kusekrystal.com with photos for a free replacement or refund.
